Who we are
Student PlagiHelp ("we", "us") operates the website studentplagihelp.in and provides plagiarism and AI detection reports, document humanization and academic writing support. You can reach us at studentplagihelp@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 87439 54636.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
- Documents you send us for checking, editing or writing support.
- Order details — the service requested, word count, deadline and payment confirmation.
- Basic website analytics — anonymised page views and referral sources, if analytics are enabled. This does not identify you personally.
We do not collect or store your card details, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Payments are made directly through your own payment app or bank.
How we use your documents
Your document is used for one purpose only: completing the order you placed. Specifically, we may process it through plagiarism and AI detection systems to generate your report, and our editors may read and edit it if you have ordered humanization, editing or writing support.
Repository submission is always disabled. When we run a similarity check, we ensure your document is not added to any student paper repository or comparison database. This protects you from your own future institutional check matching against your earlier copy.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or share your document with any third party.
- We do not publish your work, or any part of it, anywhere.
- We do not reuse your work as a sample, template or portfolio item.
- We do not disclose your identity, institution or order details to anyone.
How long we keep things
We retain documents and order records only as long as needed to complete your order and handle any follow-up requests such as revisions or re-checks. After that, documents are deleted.
You can ask for immediate deletion at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will delete your document and confirm once it is done.
Third-party services
Delivering the service necessarily involves a small number of third parties:
- Plagiarism and AI detection providers — to generate your report, always with repository submission disabled.
- WhatsApp / Meta — if you contact us over WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Email providers — if you contact us by email.
- Cloudflare — this website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard server request data.
- Form processing — if you use the enquiry form on our contact page, the submission is transmitted through a form-handling service and delivered to our email.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may set standard technical cookies as part of delivering the font files. If analytics are enabled in future, we will use a privacy-respecting configuration and update this page.
Your rights
You may at any time ask us to:
- Tell you what information about you we currently hold
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete your document and personal information
- Provide a copy of your data
Send any such request to studentplagihelp@gmail.com and we will act on it promptly.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the documents and information you send us, including limiting access to the people working on your order. No system is perfectly secure, but your work is treated as confidential at every stage.
Children
Our services are intended for students in higher education. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected clearly.
