How quickly will you reply?
WhatsApp is almost always answered fastest, seven days a week and well outside normal office hours. Email replies follow within the same working day.
Can I send my file before paying?
Yes — that is exactly how it works. We need the file to count the words and quote you accurately. Nothing is charged until you have seen the price and agreed to it.
Which file formats do you accept?
DOC, DOCX and PDF. If your PDF is a scan rather than selectable text, mention it and we will convert it first so the report reads correctly.
Do you work with students outside India?
Yes. Most of our clients are in India, but the service works anywhere — the only difference is the payment method, which we will sort out with you on chat.
Will my document stay private?
Completely. Your file is used only to complete your order, is never shared or resold, and is deleted from our systems on request.
